Practical information
Visitors with a disability pay a concessionary rate and carers’ entrance is free.
The museum’s exhibition area is accessible by wheelchair.
Wheelchairs and prams can be borrowed at the museum. Advance booking is advised.
Accessible and standard toilets are located on the ground floor next to the reception.
Standard toilets and baby changing facilities are also availble in the basement.
The cloakroom is placed next to the reception area.
On our lower-floor there is a bigger cloakroom for larger groups and schools.
Lockers are available free of charge.
Prams and larger strollers can be stored in the museum’s pram parking area. It is possible to borrow smaller prams.
Please ask at the reception for more information.
Smoking is not allowed inside the museum.
Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed in the exhibition area.
They must be placed in the cloakroom where lockers are available.
Unfortunately it is not possible to enjoy brought food inside the museum.
You can enjoy your food in the Indelukket area where there are picnic tables available.
