Café Guest House is located in the fine old superintendent quarters in the courtyard by the entrance to the museum. During the summer season, there is also outdoor service beneath the oak trees.
This is a flexible venue with café, meeting rooms, events, etc., as and when required.
Café Guest House has been renovated in due respect of the building style and, in this setting, you can enjoy a cup of cafetière coffee and cake, juices, and ice cream before heading back home or exploring the parkland Indelukket.
Café Guest House opening times
Opening hours vary depending on the season and events (please contact +45 8682 5388 for further information).
We would love to cater for your next get-together. Give us a call to discuss the options. Please note that events will be held in the café along with other café guests.
We are unable to offer you a separate room; we recommend, therefore, that you do not book very private or formal events in the café.

In the museum courtyard, we have renovated the fine old building formerly occupied by the water works superintendent. We have kept the time-honoured aesthetics and now serve food and drink here. Perhaps as a preamble or conclusion to your museum visit or in connection with a walk or bike trip in the surrounding area. During the summer period, you can sit outside – sheltered by the fine oak trees and, of course, with a view to blue sunny skies.
We look forward to welcoming you in Café Guest House where we are open all weekends until the school summer holidays.
